Led by NASM Certified Personal Trainers, our training focuses on personalized programming, proper movement, and building strength in a way that supports long-term health.

Every client begins with a movement assessment and consultation so we can understand your body, your goals, and what may be standing in the way of progress. From there, we create a training plan designed specifically for you.

 

Our approach is guided by faith and a belief that caring for our bodies is part of caring for the life we’ve been given.

What to Expect at Your First Sesion

Your first session is all about getting to know you and setting the foundation for a program designed specifically for your body and your goals. ​ Movement Assessment: We begin with a simple movement assessment to evaluate posture, mobility, balance, and basic movement patterns. This helps us identify strengths, limitations, and areas that need extra attention so your training program is both safe and effective. ​ Goals & Vision: We’ll talk through what you truly want to achieve. Whether it’s building strength, improving health, increasing confidence, or simply feeling better in your body, your goals help guide the direction of your training. Barriers & Solutions: Everyone faces obstacles when it comes to fitness. Together we’ll identify any barriers, including time, past injuries, motivation, or uncertainty, and create practical solutions that help you stay consistent and successful. Our Training Approach: We’ll walk you through our philosophy of training, which focuses on proper form, foundational movement, and building strength in a sustainable way. Every program is customized and progresses at the pace that’s right for you. By the end of your first session, we will have the information needed to begin creating a personalized training program built specifically for you.

Who is Personal Training for?

Personal training is for anyone who wants guidance, accountability, and a program designed specifically for them. You do not need to be in shape to begin, that’s exactly what we’re here to help with. Our training is a great fit for... Beginners: If you’re new to exercise and unsure where to start, we will teach you the fundamentals of safe, effective movement. Those Wanting Personalized Guidance: If you’ve tried generic workout plans but didn’t see results, a customized program designed around your body can make all the difference. People Working Around Limitations: Past injuries, mobility limitations, or discomfort with certain movements are taken into account as we build a program that works for you. ​ Anyone Looking for Accountability and Support: Having a coach by your side provides encouragement, structure, and consistency to help you stay on track. No matter where you are starting from, our goal is to meet you there and help you move forward with confidence, strength, and purpose.

What Training Options Do We Offer?

We offer flexible training options designed to fit your schedule, lifestyle, and level of support you’re looking for. ​ One-on-One Training (1–3 Sessions Per Week): Many clients choose to train one, two, or three times per week at the Wellness Center. These sessions provide hands-on coaching, accountability, and guidance to ensure exercises are performed with proper form while steadily progressing toward your goals. Hybrid Training Approach: Some clients prefer a combination approach meeting at the Center once per week, while following their personalized program at home the rest of the week. This allows you to receive coaching, progress updates, and adjustments to your plan while still maintaining flexibility in your schedule. No matter which option you choose, your training program is custom-built specifically for you, ensuring you always have a clear path forward both inside and outside the Center.
